Our standard delivery fee is $25 for locations within a 15-mile radius of Rowlett, TX 75089. For deliveries that are more complex, such as those requiring navigating stairs or difficult access areas, the delivery fee can go up to $40. If your event location is beyond the 15-mile radius, an additional fee of $2 per mile applies. We aim to provide timely and efficient delivery services to ensure your event setup is smooth and stress-free.

Yes, we do! For a flat fee of $25, we will handle the setup of specific rental items, such as metal arches or other decor, to save you time and effort. If you also need takedown services, this is an additional $25, or you can bundle both services for $50 total. Simply request these services when booking, and we’ll ensure everything is taken care of for your event.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options:
- Cancellations within 3 days of the event: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations 4 or more days before the event: You are eligible for a 90% refund, with the remaining 10% retained as a processing fee.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your rental for any date within 3 months of the original event, subject to availability. This allows you to adjust your plans without losing your investment.

Late returns will incur a fee of 10% of the total rental cost per day until the items are returned. This policy helps ensure that all clients receive their rentals on time for their events. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential arrangements.

As the renter, you are responsible for all items during the rental period. If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. We carefully inspect and document all items before delivery, and we recommend that you also inspect them upon receipt. If any issues arise during your event, please notify us immediately.

All items must be returned in their original condition. If items are returned excessively dirty or require special cleaning, a cleaning fee of $25 will apply. To avoid additional charges, please take care to protect the items and return them as close to their original state as possible.

Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events. If you need to cancel due to weather, our Cancellation Policy will apply. Alternatively, we recommend rescheduling your rental for a later date within 3 months of the original event. Please note that customers are responsible for protecting rented items from weather-related damage during the rental period.

Yes, you can request modifications to your booking at least 3 days prior to the event date. Changes are subject to item availability and approval. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but early communication is key to ensuring a smooth process.

No, Breeze & Bloom Events, LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented items. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all rental items are used safely and properly.
